Account Settings: Team Manager

When embarking on a paid content strategy, you’ll likely have key stakeholders from multiple different groups within your business. When inviting team members to join the dashboard, you can customize each person’s permission settings. Based on our experience, we have created a set of standard roles that cover most of our clients’ needs. To create each of the following, click your account settings for Team Manager and choose Add. An invitation email will be sent.

  • Admin (full access)
  • Marketing
  • Marketing lead
  • Finance
  • Customer Support
